Peter Purcell is a highly experienced vascular surgeon currently employed at Horizon Surgical Specialists since November 2006 and simultaneously serving as a surgeon at Caldwell Memorial Hospital since 2006. Peter Purcell earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, where studies took place from 1984 to 1988.
