Elizabeth Bestwick currently serves as a Junior Associate at Caldwell since May 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Paralegal at Macquarie Group from November 2021 to July 2023 and Simon & Simon, PC from December 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities involved case analysis, liability assessments, and document review. A tenure at Global Eagle from July 2019 to December 2020 included drafting corporate governance documents and managing virtual data rooms. Notable advocacy work as a Bail Reform Advocate at ACLU of Pennsylvania involved overseeing bail arraignments and training volunteers. Additional internships have focused on international law research and legal intake processes. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with a focus on Justice and Human Rights from Drexel University and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine Caruso Law.
