Victoria Arzt is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Caldera House Jackson Hole since August 2022, Victoria oversees menu development and food production for multiple outlets within an ultra-luxury boutique hotel while adhering to budget guidelines and maintaining exceptional quality and guest satisfaction. Previously, Victoria held the position of Executive Chef at Snake River Sporting Club, where menu creation for various dining options was key. Experience also includes a role as Chef at King Salmon Lodge, Executive Chef at Glorietta Trattoria, and a Tournant Chef de Partie position at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. Additional culinary experience includes positions at Echo & Rig and Park Avenue, along with a foundational role as Line Cook at David Burke KSA. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from Maryland Institute College of Art and studied at the International Culinary Center.
