Carla Derr is an experienced editorial professional with a diverse background in publishing and marketing. Currently serving as Managing Editor at Calcium since May 2021, Carla has extensive freelance experience as a Copy Editor and Proofreader for various publishing houses since January 2004. Prior to this role, Carla held multiple positions at GSW Advertising from August 2009 to May 2021, including Lead Editor and Senior Integrated Network Marketing Editor, focusing on regulatory compliance and editorial quality for pharmaceutical materials. Previous experience includes a Production Editor role at SRA/McGraw-Hill and a Retail Manager & Personal Trainer position at Bally Total Fitness.
