Harshini Gunathilake's work experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Lead at Calcey since 2020. Previously, they worked at Salmat as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Quality Assurance Lead & Customer Support Specialist at Media Defined, Inc from 2016 to 2017 and Senior QA Engineer & Customer Support Specialist from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a QA Engineer & Customer Support Specialist at Media Defined, Inc from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they were employed as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Cinergix Pty Ltd from 2011 to 2013.

Harshini Gunathilake received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Moratuwa in 2011. Harshini then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Information Technology at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2013 to 2015. Harshini is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the Open University of Sri Lanka, starting in 2017. In 2017, they also obtained certification as a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
