Cecilia Gao is currently the External Director at Blueprint, a technology for non-profits. Cecilia has also been an Social Infrastructure Intern at Harrison Street from June 2022 to August 2022. There, they compiled investment proposals and closing memos, conducted research, and assisted in other tasks for investments in utilities, renewables, and P3 housing on the Social Infrastructure team. Cecilia has also been a Summer Immersion Program Teaching Assistant at Girls Who Code from June 2021 to August 2021, where they co-taught HTML, CSS, & JavaScript lessons to 90 high school girls and nonbinary students across three two-week rounds.

Cecilia Gao attended the University of California, Berkeley where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Linguistics. Cecilia also attended Vernon Hills High School and Girls Who Code. Cecilia has a certification from Coursera in Java Programming: Solving Problems with Software.

They are on a team with Noah Hernandez - Project Manager, Annie Huo - External Director, and Albert Liu - Project Manager. Cecilia Gao reports to Elizabeth Wu, President.
