Amber Geisler, MBA has extensive experience in human resources and business management. Amber is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CalArk Inc. Prior to this role, they worked at Advantage Service Company as the HR Director/Business Manager, where they oversaw all payroll, HR, talent, culture, and organizational initiatives. Before that, they held the position of HR/Executive Admin at Harrison Energy Partners and was responsible for managing company communications, maintaining executive schedules, and supervising the receptionist. Amber also served as an HR Manager at Ambit Energy, where they provided HR guidance and resolved employee relations situations. Amber started their career at Hudson Advisors, LLC/Lone Star Funds as an HR Generalist and later took on the role of Financial Reporting Analyst & Internal Auditor. Amber's early work experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative/Executive Assistant at ZaZa Couture.

After completing their undergraduate studies in 2002, they went on to further enhance their knowledge by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Fashion Merchandising at the University of North Texas from 2002 to 2003.

Seeking a broader understanding of business, Amber Geisler then enrolled at the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas in 2003 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Accounting in 2006.
