Allen Froese began their work experience as a Worship Leader in various part-time roles at Carruthers Creek Community Church and Harvest Bible Chapel York Region from 2006 to 2012. Allen then transitioned into the technology industry, working as a Director of Carrier Relations at Interchange Solutions Inc. from 2007 to 2013. Allen held the position of Senior Enterprise Account Executive at CDI Computer Dealers Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Allen then worked as a Sales Executive at West Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Allen served as a Sr. Sales/Business Development Executive at Telmetrics from 2017 to 2017. Allen then worked as a Strategic Relationship Manager at LexisNexis Canada Inc. from 2018 to 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Allen worked as a Regional Sales Director at Kajeet. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Sales Director at CalAmp, starting in 2021.

Allen Froese earned a Bachelor of Theology degree from Masters College & Seminary in 1996, achieving a GPA of 3.8. Prior to that, they completed their General Studies and eight Ontario Academic Courses at Dr. Denison Secondary School, where they graduated with honors. Most recently, Allen pursued an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2018 to 2019.
