Nikki Roughley currently serves as the Director of Sales for the West region at Cal-Mil, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Nikki was the Group Sales Manager at Omega Equipment & Supply from December 2021 to October 2023. Nikki's extensive experience in sales management includes roles as Assistant Group Manager and Regional Account Manager at The Wasserstrom Company from September 2012 to December 2021. Nikki began a career in facilities management as a Facilities Management Coordinator at Pei Wei Asian Diner, where employment spanned from September 2002 to September 2012. Nikki is an alumna of the University of Delaware.
