Hal Ellis is an experienced professional in the poultry industry, currently serving as the Live Production Manager at Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. since April 2015. Prior to this role, Hal held various positions at Pilgrim's from February 1997 to March 2015, including Broiler Manager and Breeder Service Tech. Earlier in Hal's career, from September 1991 to February 1997, significant experience was gained at Conagra Brands as a Broiler/Breeder Service Tech.
