Edem Quintin Dzorkpata serves as the Head of Fintech Business Development at CalBank PLC since September 2023 and works as a Course Facilitator for the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana from July 2024. Previously, Edem held multiple roles at Termii, including Business Development & Partnership Manager for West & North Africa and Enterprise Sales Specialist for West Africa from November 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Marketing Manager and Senior Customer Service Executive at Fido from November 2016 to November 2021, where significant improvements in loan processing and customer satisfaction were achieved. Additionally, Edem was the IT Manager at Shopping District Ghana Limited from January 2019 to January 2020, leading the development of the company's digital platforms. Earlier experience includes working as a Tigo Advisor at Millicom (Tigo) from December 2013 to November 2016. Edem holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (with Management) from Dominion University College and is pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply at Accra Technical University.
