Pham Thu Huyen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2001, they worked as a Purchasing Manager for New Toyo (Vietnam) aluminium paper packaging. From 2006 to 2013, they were a Portfolio Manager at ACB - Asia Commercial Bank, where they handled portfolio management and other related responsibilities. In 2013, they joined Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) as Deputy Director for Card Product, a position they held until 2014. Subsequently, they worked at UnionPay International as a Senior Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Grab as a Business Development Manager for GrabPay. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Vice President - Digital Bank at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Development at Cake by VPBank - Digital Bank, starting in 2022.

Pham Thu Huyen has a diverse education history. Pham earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from HCMC University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology, graduating in 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Foreign Trade. Later, in 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Southern University, completing it in 2015.
