Luong Thanh Thao has work experience in various digital marketing roles. They began their career in 2019 as a Digital Media Planner at Mindshare, where they managed client expectations and executed campaigns across multiple platforms. In 2020, they joined Be Group as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they developed media plans and utilized their strong digital skillset. They then moved on to Cake by VPBank - Digital Bank in 2021, continuing their role as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on media planning and execution. Additionally, Thao worked as an English Teacher at Greva English Center, teaching classes and providing support to students in their language learning journey.

Luong Thanh Thao completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Economics and Law, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications related to Google Ads. In February 2020, they received the Google Ads Display Certification and the Google Ads Video Certification from Google. Later, in August 2022, they obtained the Google Ads - Measurement Certification, Google Ads Apps Certification, and Google Ads Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
