Caitlin Smith is an experienced design professional specializing in product and experience design. Currently serving as Product Design Lead and Experience Designer at Cake & Arrow since June 2019, Caitlin has previously held positions including Associate Director of Experience Design at Rokkan and Senior User Experience Designer at both MRM//McCann and MullenLowe Profero. Additional experience includes roles at co:collective, SapientNitro, TBWA\Chiat\Day NY, and Ansible Mobile. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Design - Graphic Design from Pratt Institute and completed additional training at General Assembly in 2013.
