Alexander Salinas is an experienced information security professional currently serving as Oficial de Seguridad de la Información y Prevención Fraudes at Caja Cencosud Scotiabank since December 2022. Prior to this role, Alexander worked at Scotiabank from February 2011 to December 2022, holding various positions including Senior Analyst Cyber Security Services, where responsibilities included analyzing cyberattack trends and proposing risk mitigation improvements, and Senior Information Security Analyst, focusing on server security assurance. Alexander began their career as an information security analyst and senior systems operator, overseeing process monitoring and backup execution across multiple platforms.
