Carla Manonelles has a diverse work experience in different industries. Carla started their career at FC Barcelona as a Sports Journalist, responsible for writing news releases and conducting interviews. Carla then worked at 8tv as a Social Journalist, where they distributed press releases and edited content. Carla then joined CaixaBank as a Business Development employee. Afterward, they became a Customer Experience Manager at CaixaBank Payments, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction. Currently, Carla holds the position of Director of Customer Experience & Communication at CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, overseeing the customer service team and implementing strategies to enhance customer experiences and brand loyalty.

Carla Manonelles obtained their degree in Journalism from Universitat Ramon Llull in the years 2008-2012. Carla later pursued a Design Research program in Customer Experience at UXER SCHOOL in 2017. In addition, they completed an Intensive French course at EF International Language Campuses in 2013. Carla also pursued a Postgraduate TV presenter program at Universitat Ramon Llull in 2010-2011. Finally, they studied Law at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, although the start and end years are unknown.
