Paul Sweet has extensive experience in management and multimedia development, currently serving as Director and previously as Associate Director at the Center for the Application of Information Technologies (CAIT) since 1997. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, budget management, grant coordination, and client relations, as well as presenting projects at conferences. Sweet has also held positions such as Production Coordinator and Multimedia Coordinator, where duties involved managing online learning applications, supervising teams, and designing instructional materials. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Riverbend Pizza. Paul Sweet holds a Master's degree in Instruction Design and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Western Illinois University, along with an Associate's Degree in Art from Black Hawk College.
