Elisabeth LaPierre is an experienced educator currently serving as a Technology Teacher at Cairo-Durham Central School District since August 2018 and as a Prevention Educator at Greene County, NY Public Schools since September 2016. A New York Certified Teacher for Childhood Grades 1-6, Elisabeth has an extensive background in various teaching and substituting roles at Greene County Public Schools from February 2009 to September 2016. Additionally, Elisabeth held the position of Past President of the Columbia-Greene Reading Council from 2014 to June 2016, focusing on professional development for area educators. Elisabeth holds a Master of Science in Childhood Education from The College of Saint Rose and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Empire State College.
