Sarah Gaffney is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources, particularly at Cairn Housing Association, where Sarah has served as HR Manager since June 2007, following positions as Senior HR Officer and HR Officer at the same organization. Prior to this, Sarah held roles as HR Advisor at Keane UK and Junior HR Officer at Scottish Provident. Sarah's academic credentials include a Master of Science (MSc) in Personnel and Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester and a degree in History of Art from the University of St Andrews.
