Oliver Excell currently serves as the Finance System Implementation Product Owner at Cairn Housing Association, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Oliver worked as a Systems Accountant at Velocix and as an Xledger ERP Support Consultant at Xledger UK. Prior experience includes the role of Expense Manager at atomos wealth, where responsibilities encompassed full ERP implementation and finance project leadership, including banking software deployment and business integration. Oliver's tenure at Sanlam involved implementing a new commission payment system and managing significant accounting operations. An ACCA graduate, Oliver also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
