Lindsey Bach has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Validation Engineer at CAI since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Technology Engineering Intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery from July 2021 to December 2021. In 2020, Lindsey served as a Patent Engineering Intern at Holland & Hart LLP, where they analyzed technology and worked closely with patent attorneys and engineers.

Lindsey has also gained experience in academic settings, working as an Engineering Computer Lab Consultant and Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at Utah State University - College of Engineering from January 2019 to May 2020. During the same period, they interned at WesTech Engineering as an Engineering Intern.

In 2019, Lindsey was a Senior Capstone Design Team Member at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Before that, they interned as an Operations Intern at Exact Sciences from June 2018 to January 2020.

In 2017, Lindsey worked as a Biological Research Aid at USDA, conducting laboratory work related to plant genetic research. Lindsey also shadowed a Biological Engineer and gained experience with engineering skills and techniques at Utah State University.

Prior to their academic pursuits, Lindsey worked as a Mountain Adventure Guide at Utah Olympic Park in 2016, where they developed customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Lindsey Bach completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering at Utah State University from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several additional certifications. These include the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (General Engineering) from NCEES in May 2020, a Certificate of Business & Technical Sales Management from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in August 2018, and a Griffin Hill Integrity Sales Certificate from Griffin Hill in July 2018.
