Tim has more than 30 years of experience in GIS and related technologies. He is responsible for providing overall management and corporate direction of the firm’s professional GIS Services. Tim earned a BS in geography and meteorology from Plymouth State College. He has years of experience applying GIS in state, regional, and local government, public safety, and distributed utilities.

Tim’s comprehensive GIS experience includes all aspects of planning, implementation, and on-going management of GIS. He works closely with their clients to design and integrate sustainable GIS solutions based on user needs. Tim became a principal in the firm in 2008, and in 2010, he earned certification as a GIS Professional (GISP) by the GIS Certification Institute.
