Jason Blair currently serves as a Senior GIS Analyst at CAI Technologies since September 2022. Previous roles include Senior GIS Analyst/Addressing Coordinator at Routt County from November 2016 to September 2022, and GIS Specialist at the City of Steamboat Springs from April 2015 to November 2016. Jason’s background includes experience as an Environmental Scientist / GIS Specialist at Ausenco and as a Cartographer at NIGSA. Earlier roles also encompass positions as a GIS Analyst / Field Technician at Tetra Tech and Snow Hydrologist at INSTAAR. Jason's initial field experience includes working as a Field Technician with the U.S. Forest Service. Jason holds a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science with a specialization in Biogeochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, Jason has completed studies at NOLS and Vermont Academy.
