Abhilash Mishra has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Abhilash is currently the Managing Director at Green Transfo SAS and TRANSFIX INDIA PVT LTD. Prior to their current roles, they worked as a Plant Director at Schneider Electric, overseeing plant operations. Abhilash also served as the Unit Business Head at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and Operations Director at GE Grid Solutions, where they were responsible for strategic planning and business growth. Additionally, Abhilash has held roles such as General Manager of Operations at Alstom Grid and General Manager of Design, Engineering, and Tendering at AREVA T&D. Abhilash began their career as a Testing and Quality Engineer and later served as a Service Engineer at GEC ALSTHOM. Abhilash also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Bhilai Institute of Technology Durg.

Abhilash Mishra completed their Fast track business management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2004. In 1990, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. Before that, from 1977 to 1990, they attended SNGV English Medium School, Bhilai MP, where they completed their 10+2 education in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
