Tammy Chang, P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience at Cahill Contractors, where Tammy has progressed through various roles from Assistant Project Manager to Senior Project Manager since January 2012. Prior to this, Tammy gained valuable experience as a Graduate Intern at the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute and Degenkolb Engineers, where multiple internships were completed between 2008 and 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Structural Engineering Mechanics and Materials and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both attained from the University of California, Berkeley.
