Reshma Moncy is a Techops Engineer at CAFU since November 2022, previously serving as an IT Engineer - Techops at Rain from February 2022 to September 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing incidents and managing alerts. Prior to that, Reshma worked at Infosys from January 2017 to January 2022 in various roles such as Technology Analyst for a major American telecommunications conglomerate, Senior System Engineer for Australia's National Broadband Network, and System Engineer for an Australian telecommunications company, focusing on software testing and network operations. Reshma holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Saintgits College of Engineering, completed in 2016.
