Ahmed Elrashidy has extensive experience in customer service and business development, beginning as a Credit Officer at the Egyptian Agricultural Bank from January 2009 to October 2011. Progressing to the role of Sales Executive at Cairo Cotton Center from October 2011 to September 2016, Ahmed focused on building lasting customer relationships and analyzing market needs. From January 2017 to July 2021, Ahmed served as a Business Development Supervisor at Dice for Readymade Garments, developing client relationships and managing project execution. Subsequently, Ahmed worked as a Customer Service Agent at Skynet Worldwide Express from August 2021 to September 2022, handling customer accounts and inquiries while maintaining relationships with carriers. Currently, as a Customer Service Agent at CAFU since December 2022, Ahmed addresses customer questions and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and client satisfaction. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from Zagazig University.
