Gillian Stevenson is a Senior Lecturer and Course Director of BSc Food related Degrees at CAFRE - College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise. Prior to this role, Gillian served as a Lecturer in food technology at the same institution. Gillian holds a Ph.D. in Food Science (Microbiology) from Queen's University Belfast, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from the same university. Gillian completed their high school education at Banbridge Academy.
