Adam Roach has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Adam has been working at Caffeine since 2016, where they started as a Technical Advisor and is currently serving as a Principal Engineer.
Prior to joining Caffeine, Roach worked at the IETF as a Participant and Working Group Chair from 1998 onwards. Adam later took on the role of Applications and Realtime Area Director, Internet Engineering Steering Group (IESG) Member from 2017 to 2020.

Adam was involved in the development of mobile SIP voice/presence/instant messaging client, 3GPP CSCF node, and overall network architecture for a 3GPP compliant IP Multimedia system.
