Pankaj Kumar is a skilled culinary professional with a diverse experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Chef at Itc Gardenia since June 2022, Pankaj also holds the position of Head Chef at °ä²¹´Úé (YC S21) from January 2022 to the present. Prior to these roles, Pankaj worked as a Jr Sous Chef at Renaissance Hotels and briefly held the title of Sous Chef at The Den in Bengaluru in January 2022.
