Steven Brustein is a seasoned professional in the food service industry with extensive experience in management roles across various organizations. Currently, Steven serves as the Director of Growth and Retention at Glendale Dining Services, Inc. since June 2024, while also holding the position of District Manager for Glendale Dining Services and Glendale Senior Dining Inc. since April 2018. Prior to these roles, Steven was the General Manager of Food Services at Cafe Services Inc. starting in January 2015 and previously managed food services at the Rhode Island School of Design from February 2006 to February 2014. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Director of Food Services at Tamarisk (2004-2006) and the Director of Foodservices at Whytebrook Terrace (1996-2004).
