Annette Alves is an experienced professional in the coffee and chocolate industries, currently serving as Responsavel de Torrefação at Café Cultura since January 2021. Previously, Annette worked at Cacao Roasters from October 2017 to May 2021, specializing in chocolate production from bean to bar. Additional experience includes roles as Mestre de Torra at Lab Tostadores, Barista and Coordinator of Training & Quality Control at Lavazza Group, and various barista and operational management positions at Coffe Lab and CCBB. Annette also gained expertise as a Barista at Havanna and holds a specialization in craft beers from Cervejoteca, obtained in 2015, alongside educational credentials from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
