Laura Manuel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Cafcass since June 2013, where responsibilities include providing HR support to service area managers and managing various HR matters. Prior roles at Cafcass include HR Officer, HR Support Officer, and HR Administrator, focusing on areas such as employee relations, absence management, and health and wellbeing strategies. Prior to this, Laura worked as a DBS Administrator for Worcestershire County Council, advising on disclosure changes and maintaining employee records. Laura holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Leeds City College and a degree in Geography from Newcastle University.
