Nick Morgione

Sr. Vice President, Development & Strategy at CAFARO

Nick Morgione has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Nick started their career as a Peripheral Land Representative at Edward J. DeBartolo Corp in 1988. Nick then worked as a Sr. Director of Land Development at Crown American Properties from 1993 to 1995, where they were responsible for leasing peripheral land and preparing income forecasts.

From 1995 to 1999, Morgione worked at The Cafaro Company as an Assistant VP of Real Estate, managing the company's 900 acres of peripheral property and leasing vacant big box spaces in malls and strip centers.

In 1999, they joined Glimcher Realty Trust as the VP of Anchor Tenant Leasing, overseeing all anchor/big-box leasing and managing the strip center division. Additionally, they reviewed lease transactions to ensure they met budget projections.

Currently, Morgione is serving as the Sr. Vice President of Development and Strategy at The Cafaro Company. In this role, they are responsible for the oversight and direction of the leasing department, as well as the development of outparcel/freestanding buildings, boxes, and restaurants across the company's portfolio. Nick is also a member of the executive team.

Nick Morgione attended Ursuline High School from 1979 to 1983, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. From 1983 to 1985, they attended Youngstown State University for General Studies. Lastly, from 1985 to 1988, Nick pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, Real Estate, and Urban Analysis at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
