Michael G. Patrone is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently holding the position of Regional Operations Manager at CAFARO since June 2022, Michael previously served as the General Manager at Columbus Hospitality Management, overseeing the Eastwood Event Center. With a track record that includes managerial roles at Winking Lizard Tavern as a Manager/Training Manager, as well as General Manager positions at Food Concepts International/Abuelo's and Outback Steakhouse, Michael has demonstrated expertise in staff training, budget management, and event coordination. A former Director of Outlets at Hilton, Michael also held various management positions within Hilton properties, where responsibilities included overseeing banquet services, restaurant management, and food and beverage operations.
