Walt Willems III serves as the Regional Sales Manager for New York State and New Jersey at Caesarstone US since October 2022. Previously, Walt held the position of Sales Center Manager at POOLCORP, where responsibilities included P&L accountability and overseeing operations, sales, and logistics for a major pool supply company. Walt also worked as the Area Sales Manager for Power-Flo Technologies, achieving $11M in annual sales while managing key accounts in the mechanical contracting sector. As the Northeastern Regional Sales Manager at Tomar Electronics, Walt managed a territory of 120+ OEM distributors, generating over $8M in sales. Earlier experience includes roles as Strategic Sales Manager at Positive Promotions and various sales roles at Lifetouch National School Studios and Nu Concept Photography. Walt Willems III holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the New York Institute of Technology.
