Ana Paiva currently serves as Diretor Geral Unidade Farma at Synvia since September 2023. With extensive experience in operations and business development, Ana has held the position of Operations Director and Business Development Manager at CAEP since September 2011. Previously, Ana was Sales Manager at Simetria Comércio Rep e Serviços Ltda from August 2001 to May 2011 and worked as a Sales Associate at PerkinElmer, Inc. from June 1998 to June 2001, and at Varian, Inc. from July 1995 to March 1998. Ana holds a Bachelor of Chemistry degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obtained from 1991 to 1994.
