Bo Kemp is the Chief Executive Officer of the Southland Development Authority since 2021, leading economic development initiatives in the Chicago Southland region. Bo co-founded Caelum Ventures and is a partner at The Fluent Group, an innovation venture studio focused on hospitality. Previous roles include Senior Director at Faegre Drinker, Partner at J. Gari & Associates, Business Administrator for the City of Newark under Mayor Cory Booker, Vice President at Platform Learning, Executive Vice President at Vanguarde Media, Associate at TSG Capital Group, and Analyst/Associate at Morgan Stanley. Bo holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
