Howard Griffith

Senior Desktop Support Analyst at Caelum Research Corporation

Howard Griffith began their career in 1995 as a Lead Technician at Village Green Management, where they acquired knowledge on the fundamentals of customer service in the metro Detroit area and was taught how to use common sense and communication in order to get the best possible result for the company and the tenant. In 1999, they took on a Lead Technician role at University Townhouse Cooperative. In 2010, they joined Caelum Research Corporation as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst, where they were responsible for the direct support of over 1200 users in a Secure AD environment, providing daily baseline support that included maintaining A. D.

Howard Griffith attended Michigan State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a B.S. of Packaging in Packaging Science. Howard then attended New Horizons Computer Learning Centers from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an M.C.S.A. in Network Administration.
