Julie Amov has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Julie started their career as a Marketing Specialist, Events Coordinator, and Field Manager at Draft Worldwide/KBA from 1998 to 2001. Julie then ventured into entrepreneurship and owned their own business named Voma Designs from 2002 onwards, where they served as the Owner & Designer. In 2005, Julie took the role of Business Manager and Marketing at HUB LEATHER REPAIR until 2008. Julie also worked in the hospitality and management sector in The Middle East from 2002 to 2005. Julie joined Bang! in 2009 as the Co-Creator of Event and continued until 2010. From 2012 to 2012, they worked as an Interior & Window Design professional at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Julie also worked as a Production Designer at Ceaco from 2013 onwards. Prior to these experiences, they owned and managed Dagmar's Inc, a sole proprietorship retail business, where they handled various business aspects such as grant and loan applications, business planning, store construction, merchandising, events coordination, and accounting. Julie developed professional relationships with wholesalers, artists, designers, and customers while managing all advertising and marketing activities.
Julie Amov completed their education in a variety of fields. In 2004, they graduated from the Lee Institute with a degree in Real Estate Sales and Rentals. Prior to that, they attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 1996 to 1998, focusing on Fibers/mixed media. Julie also studied Sculpture, Art Ed, and Industrial Design at Pratt Institute from 1994 to 1996. The degree obtained from Pratt Institute is not specified.
