Shafiq Sa'ad has a diverse work experience. Shafiq started their career in 2018 as a QAQC Trainee at Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where they assisted with faulty products analysis and performed basic inspections. In 2019, they worked as a Research Officer at Universiti Tenaga Nasional, conducting research and publishing journals. From 2018 to 2021, Shafiq was the Director of Blue Antler Coffee, where they managed the company's operations and improved decision-making accuracy through sales pattern analysis. Shafiq then joined L&S Pulai Engineering in 2019 as a Project Supervisor, responsible for quality inspections, reporting, and leading a group of technicians for air-conditioner servicing. Currently, Shafiq is working as a Data Analyst at The Center of Applied Data Science. In this role, they handle data cleaning, analyzes data using SQL, and visualizes sales performances and Paralympic participation.

Shafiq Sa'ad attended Universiti Tenaga Nasional from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
