Sivaram Allamraju is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Design Engineering Group Director at Cadence Design Systems since September 2023, Sivaram previously held positions as Sr. Director at Rambus and Deputy Director at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where leadership involved overseeing a team of over 100 engineers in the development of high-speed SerDes and interface IPs. Prior experience includes roles as an Advisory R&D Engineer at IBM and a Physical Design Engineer at TTM India Pvt Ltd. Sivaram boasts a solid educational foundation with a Master of Engineering from Andhra University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University, complemented by expertise in project management, physical design, and high-speed SerDes IP development.
