Nahid Mirzaie is a Principal Software Engineer at Cadence Design Systems since December 2019, previously serving as Lead Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Southern Methodist University from October 2014 to December 2019, where Nahid developed fault detection methods in mixed-signal circuits and performed interconnection parasitic analysis and macromodeling. As a Research Assistant and Research Scholar at Southern Methodist University, responsibilities encompassed the design and fabrication of various ADCs, including a 3D pipeline ADC and a yield-aware pipeline ADC, as well as the development of integrated circuit designs from concept through testing. Earlier, Nahid was a Research Assistant at Khaje Nasir Toosi University of Technology. Nahid holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
