Jeremiah Blackmon is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in risk management and financial analysis. Currently serving as an AVP, Senior Financial Analyst at Cadence Bank, N.A. since September 2020, Jeremiah previously worked as an Independent Financial Services Consultant and Chief Financial Officer at HC3, overseeing a technology and print/mail company with approximately $60 million in annual revenue. With significant experience at Protective Life from November 2010 to August 2018 as Director of Credit and Market Risk Management, responsibilities included managing credit risk for an $80 billion investment portfolio and developing proprietary risk assessment tools. Earlier roles at Harbert Management Corporation involved monitoring hedge fund risk and performing statistical analysis. Jeremiah holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
