Jemerell Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2001, they began their career at Bank of America as a Teller Manager, where they maintained knowledge of products and coached employees to meet sales goals. In 2006, they transitioned to Wells Fargo as a Business Banker, managing customer relationships and closing an average of 28 loans per month. From 2008 to 2012, Jemerell owned and managed Saenz Trucking, overseeing accounting, shipping, service delivery, and customer management. Jemerell then joined Bank One West as a Claim Analyst III Short Sale/Special Project Lead, where they conducted detailed accounting work. In 2015, they worked at D.R. Horton as a Centralized Disclosure Specialist, responsible for issuing disclosure to consumers for multiple loan products. From 2016 to 2022, Jemerell worked at PeopleFund, first as a Senior Loan Officer and later as the Director of Lending. In these roles, they interacted with clients, referral sources, and strategic partners to structure loan deals and achieve loan production benchmarks. Currently, Jemerell is a VP Commercial Relationship Manager/CRA Liaison at Cadence Bank.
