Michael Nimmo possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and inspection within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Inspector at Cadence Aerospace since August 2021, Michael previously held positions at Cosma International Group of Magna International Inc. as a Layout Technician, where responsibilities included gage tracking and maintaining certifications for quality equipment. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Quality Assurance specialist at Interconnect Devices, Inc., focusing on programming for CMM and other machine shop tasks. Michael's career began as a CNC Machinist at Triumph Structures Kansas City, followed by a role in Quality Assurance at Stahl Specialty Co., where limited programming on CMM machines and quality assurance for multiple machining centers were key responsibilities.
