Rodrigo is an evaluation specialist with 20 years of experience. He is an expert in the theory of change and theory-based approaches to evaluation and the design and implementation of complexity-aware monitoring and evaluation systems.
Rodrigo leads Cadasta’s monitoring and evaluation for learning initiatives, including impact studies, and the co-production of evidence.
Prior to joining Cadasta, he had the chance to be part of several multi-country-partner research and development programs around the globe. Throughout his professional career, he designed, implemented, and evaluated an array of research and development projects funded by DFID, USAID, EU, CIP, CIAT, IFPRI, WorldFish, CIMMYT, OXFAM, CARE, HEIFER International, Practical Action, SNV, IDRC, SOGEMA, COWATER, The McKnight Foundation, IFAD, NIRAS, SIDA, ECORYS, DEFPRA and FAO among others.
