Chelsea Cresswell has extensive experience in people and culture management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Caci New Zealand since April 2014. Previously, Chelsea held the roles of Culture and Communications Manager and Customer Success & Communications Manager, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies to enhance engagement and brand awareness. Chelsea also worked as a Communications Manager, focusing on internal and external strategies and organizing key company events. Earlier career experiences include positions at PRINZ, Sony, and Orca Triathlon, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a Marketing Major from Unitec.
