Bobby Burnett is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong focus on the technology and government sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at CACI International Inc since October 2017, Bobby leads the recruiting strategy for the company's largest sector. Prior to this role, Bobby was Director of Talent Acquisition at Jacobs, where efforts significantly improved hiring metrics for a $1B+ business unit, and previously held key positions at Uptima Group, YRCI, and Blackboard, demonstrating extensive expertise in operational leadership and recruiting strategies across various high-stakes environments.
