Fred Bos is an experienced professional in fund distribution and process improvement, currently serving as Head of Fund Distribution and Head of Process Improvement at CACEIS since October 2019. Previously, Fred held several management positions at KAS BANK from June 2007 to October 2019, including Manager of Tax Reclaim Specialists and Head of Process Improvement, focusing on enhancing operational performance and implementing Robotic Process Automation. Fred began a career in management as an Account Manager at Logical People from January 2005 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics with a specialization in E-business from Hogeschool Inholland Alkmaar and a Propedeuse in International Management from Hogere Economische School Amsterdam, alongside further training in NIBE-SVV Opleidingen from 2007 to 2016.
